Sue Holz is the founding Director of Research by Design.
Sue is a market research professional with over 20 years’ experience in the field across Australia and the Asia-Pacific Region. Recently venturing into Asia, Sue provides both inbound and outbound market research consulting services (e.g. due diligence, feasibility studies, qualitative, quantitative) for businesses, predominantly in the SME space.
Sue has expertise in both the local and Asia spheres across broad range of industry sectors, encouraging leaders to use market research as tool to drive key business decisions.

Norman is a young professional with a great passion for business in Asia, digital marketing and market research. He is a strong believer in helping small to medium businesses thrive through the benefits of using market research to make well-informed business decisions.
With expertise and knowledge both locally and internationally, Norman also writes whitepapers and blogs about current affairs and things that matter the most to SMEs.

Joshua has recently completed a Master of Business Administration and Master of Integrated Marketing Communication at QUT. He specialises in advising businesses on strategic alliances and sales promotions in business to business relationships and establishing membership integration systems and policies focused on client experience, directed through market research.
Tim Procter

Tim has more than 30 years’ experience in consulting; all backed with comprehensive and insightful research and data analysis. His skills in big data or, more importantly, meaningful data ensure RxD’s strength in this modern discipline is second to none.
Tim also specialises in risk assessment and brings a strong focus to engineering, mining, civil and manufacturing projects which require technical due diligence; allowing decisions to be based on assessment outcomes with confidence and assurance.
Denise Morton

Strategy and action in the boardroom is essential. Denise brings more than 10 years’ experience to Research by Design and works with boards to assist with strategic analysis and board performance. Information is essential to support boards and senior management to make the right decisions. Backed with rigorous data gathering, analytics and insightful analysis Denise works with boards to ensure they have the right tools, expertise and information to lead their company through the highs and lows of the business world.
Her proven success in risk management, governance and supporting legal frameworks expertise also brings safe stewardship to corporate structure, especially in the not-for-profit sector. This is backed with professional board experience and a long and successful career in workplace health and safety.
